Introduction about product
1).PDC drill bit is super hard material combined withdiamond and hard alloy under high temperature. It not only has the advantages ofhard and durable from diamond, but also has the advantages of high impactresistance and big blade from hard alloy. It greatly improves the drillingefficiency and is the ideal drill bit for the drill operation of medium &hard as well as super hard rock.
2). Cutting structure is force balanced and bit blade isasymmetrically designed so that the load on bit is balanced that resultingbetter stability of the bit
3). Main cutter are high performance PDC cutters to insureservice life of the bit while improving ROP.
4). Cutter exposure is optimized to insure the oil bit canachieve higher ROP is soft to medium formations.
5). Shock absorbers are designed to make the bit capable ofdrilling through formations with hard strigers.
6). Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamicflow pattern simulation technology to enhancecleaning and cooling effects ofthe bit to effectively prevent bit from balling.
